In the name of God, the Beneficent and Merciful

O’ You who change the hearts and vision

Change our disposition to the best disposition

Though the world’s affairs are enclosed as the flower bud

You! be as the spring wind to open the knots

Thanks God who again gave us health and made us successful so that we can once more refresh seeing each other in the beginning of the New Year. God Willing, I wish and felicitate the transmigration of the New Year and the Nourouz celebration pass on with blessings and happiness on you and all friends and your kinsfolk and on all the fuqara and all the servants of God.

The foremost introduction the Almighty God makes of himself to his servants are with two attributes of “Rahman” and “Rahim” in the expression of “In the name of Allah the Beneficent and Merciful”. He is beneficent in relation to all his creations and is merciful in relation to all believers. We also say with the assistance of God and God Willing, we can amend ourselves and our friends and those who are under our affection and love and be benevolent to them in this New Year. According to that allegiance and covenant which we pledged, we must have love and compassion in relation to all created beings of God and specially to our brothers in faith and keep away only from that created being He has commanded us to refrain from; otherwise in relation to all we are kind and patient and hope that the protection of God’s love also covers us, God Willing.

Although all the subjects which will be mentioned here have been said repeatedly, nevertheless I remind again as a repetition.

First: Just as every society needs a model for continuation of its life and establishing order, human beings also must live in a framework determined by God. Our framework consists of prayer which is the pillar of religion. Prayer specifies the aspects of our clean life and leads us towards it. Therefore, pay attention to the countenance and meaning of the prayer and establish it in such a way that the precepts of Sharia and the etiquettes of Tarigha have commanded them.

Second: Socializing and meeting our brothers in the material and spiritual lives are very effective. I request from all to observe the precepts of religious canons, to preserve this socializing and to continue it. Of course, in socializing, attention must be paid to the preservation of permissive (halal) and unlawful (haram) and prohibited (na-mahram) and un-prohibited (mahram), because socialization is similar to a slippery way if you slip on the side of friendship and divine love, you will reach results faster, but, if there were Satan’s benefit in it, you will be entangled faster and exposed to danger.

Third: In respect to the believers always be in the state of being of service and be ready for kindness and forgiveness and remove their difficulties and don’t permit them to be entangled in problems in the way of God; and -as much as possible- keep them away from falling in the way of what God does not like. Of course, in this part, undoubtedly, we must take an example model from the authorized righteous and those who have travelled the way of Tarigha and keep their respect as well. However, note that this respect and love should not be turned into exaggeration, that exaggeration also is a kind of deviation from the way, just as Ali (AS) punished the exaggerators who had exaggerated about him. Be vigilant and attentive to this danger.

Fourth: Abstain from unemployment and be occupied in lawful work. Likewise abstain from the use of narcotics and unlawful materials, and not only you alone abstain, but, also counsel the others to abstain from it, with kindness and persuading them. Don’t forget that one of the effective factors to addiction is unemployment.

Fifth: In social and political affairs -from the politics of today’s world, that is practiced and is on the basis of deception and deceit- we must abstain from the same politics that the evil-doing people who follow and behave from the Satan’s intellect. We obey the politics which Ali (AS) was its commander at all times; and we are antagonist to the politic of his enemy and abstain from it.

In conclusion, once again I render my felicitations on the transmigration of the New Year to all.

God willing, be successful and victorious. Peace, mercy and blessings of God be on you all.
